Accessibility is important to us here at Devovere, and we want to make it as easy as possible. We try to only source nickel free hardware, and our Satin Elastics are latex free. If you have a latex sensitivity, you can be upgraded to Satin Elastic free of charge.

You can search our collection using various accessibility filters such as latex free and easy wear.

Various other changes can be made on request, and most will be free of charge, though there may be a time delay if custom materials need to be ordered in. These requests could include change fastening types, adding extra or moving existing fastenings, using only plastic hardware, enclosing seams, or other alterations. These changes do unfortunately depend on the harness, so please send an enquiry if these additional alterations are needed.

This is a made to order item. On average, these items take 2-3 weeks to reach to top of the queue, be made, and sent. However, in rare cases it can take up to six weeks. If your order is time sensitive, please send a message with details or consider purchasing from our ready to send range of pre-made products.

UK customers can then expect their item to arrive 2-3 days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free. Tracked shipping has a small fee, but is included as standard on orders over £50.

International customers can expect their items to arrive 2-3 weeks after dispatch, however delays at customs can occur. Shipping costs £3, and is free on orders over £50. Tracked shipping has a small additional fee, but is included as standard on orders over £100.

International orders may be subject to import taxes. We cannot accept forced returns due to a refusal to pay import taxes. These taxes will be dependent on your own countries laws, and we have no way to alter or intervene with them.

 We operate both a 30 Day Size Guarantee and a 90 Day Quality guarantee. Our Size Guarantee means that if your item differs to the measurements you provide or in our size guide, we will fix it promptly and free of charge. Our Quality Guarantee means that all items are covered for 90 days against quality related damage such as warping or fraying - you may be required to ship your item back for repairs. In both cases, your return shipping will be covered if a receipt is provided.

All non-intimate unworn items can be returned within 28 days of receipt. Items broken or damaged in post can be returned with return shipping refunded within 28 days. For other repairs, please contact us with details.

 Buying As A Gift:

Gift wrapping is available at check out for a small charge. Gift wrapping includes a pink box tied with a ribbon, and a printed message can be enclosed.

If you are unable to gather measurements for made to measure items, you can use a dress size. For smaller items, a S/M/L side can be used, however in both these cases items will not be covered under our sizing guarantee.

We also have gift cards available, and it is possible to pre-purchase an item for the gift recipient to send their measurements at a later date.
